Our return and exchange policy is simple, first:
Orders may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Only new unused clothing can be exchanged.
Original Shipping fees are not refunded or credited.
Exchanges and Returns for store credit are free and do not incur a restocking fee.
Then, if the above items check out, contact us at info@mindfulsupply.com to send your original purchase.
ITEMS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE IF:
The item was already exchanged
Item has been worn, washed, used, dried or stained in any way
Items must be free of odors. Items containing cigarette smoke odors will not be eligible for an exchange.
Item was marked as Clearance or Closeout - all clearance/closeout items are sold as is and are not returnable.
Item was refused upon delivery.
Item was a customized/personalized design.
