Meet the Whatleys. As a fourth generation farming family from south Texas, Bob Whatley has always farmed the
land with John Deere equipment. Operations have now been been passed to his son Jon. A leader in his community,
Jon has served on the school board and helped revitalize interest in the local FFA chapter.
Jon has his hands in more than the soil, but the soil is where his farm flourishes. Using John Deere equipment and
the latest technology, the Whatley's farm is committed to growing responsibly -produced cotton in Odem Texas.

Located off of U.S. Highway 77 in Odem Texas, Smith Gin Co-Op is a 70,000 square foot cotton gin with the ability
to gin 55 to 60 bales per hour. Their V-shaped gin is the latest in ginning equipment and by ginning the cotton
faster, the gin minimizes the risk of losing crops. By doing this, that means more money in the hands of the local
ginners and the ability to produce a higher fiber quality for the customer.
Smith Gin Co-Op works across multiple counties in South Texas and gins cotton for several cotton familes. Working
with these farmers, Smith Gin Co-Op can track each bale of cotton they produce from field to the customer,
allowing you to know the producers name and farm for each purchase.

Alandale Industries, located in Troy, North Carolina, USA, was established in 1985 by Alan Gutschmit. As the
founder of Alandale Knitting Mills in 1966, he found himself faced with various lint related problems in his knitting
operation. This situation prompted the development of equipment to address their lint related problems. These
developments spawned Alandale Industries.
At Alandale Industries, we manufacture a full line of products, from vacuum systems to creels, for the circular
knitting industry or any industry where lint control is a problem.

Apparel Manufacturing has been a part of the Hemmingway family since 1965. Our company, Hemingway Apparel
has primarily been a sewing contractor for the Apparel industry for the majority of that time. However, in 2001 our
business model has changed significantly towards manufacturing. We manufacture for a variety of customers
including the Department of Defense.
Currently we employ about 170 persons. Much of our labor force has been with us for twenty years which
translates into a vast amount of practical and applicable knowledge. Our facilities are top notch, located in a
55,000 sq. ft. heated and cooled building in which our employees can perform their respective duties.

Everybody has their Labor of Love, and ours is Mindful Supply. We created the Mindful Supply brand from our passion for bringing back a great tradition, manufacturing in the United States. It’s with that passion we create products with the highest quality U.S.A. cotton and use an exclusive earth friendly printing process for the lowest carbon footprint.
Whether it’s creating graphics, selling at shows and seeing the reaction people give the brand to selling to stores, we really enjoy this brand and what it stands for.

The Graphic Cow started providing college students t-shirts in 1994. Our commitment was simple, great art plus
a great tee equals a top notch shirt. We hired the best local artist to create original artwork and hired
experienced management in the printing side of the business. The first 3 years we focused on local markets,
Clemson and USC and then marketed towards other areas of the country.
Beginning in 1999, our company theme became “ art in 24 hours, shirts in five days.” At the time, it seemed
impossible. Today, it’s business as usual. Our focus is to continue to change the way you buy t-shirts. We’re
adding new features and new services to create the best possible customer experience.
